The new Palm Paddle is a swimming training aid designed to improve the technique of any swimmer’s stroke. Ergonomically designed to sit within the palm encouraging the swimmer to maintain the hand in the optimum orientation for improved performance. The feedback from trials and current users - from recreational swimmers to pro triathletes - is increasing and is all positive in terms of how the Palm Paddles helps develop stroke. The Palm Paddle has become a permanent addition to many pro triathletes swim kit and is also being introduced into Club sessions.
