Since I have started my winter training in Australia the training has gone up a whole new level out here with Team Dillon to get ready for my 2011 season ahead.
With training stepping up it puts a lot more pressure on the muscles which has been helped so much by me using my TPTherapy “The Grid”. I use it in the same way you would use a foam roller but because of its design it massages deeper to really get into the muscles.
I use it most evening to loosen and get me ready for the next days training. The grid along with the SLS socks keeps me in training injury free.
